AMP Appraisals provides residential appraisal and home measurement services throughout Central Texas. I work with homeowners, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other clients who need an independent, well-supported opinion of value. I handle everything from typical homes and condos to acreage, new construction, manufactured homes, and more complex or unique properties. What does your business do, in your own words?

I help people who feel like their body is stuck in survival mode learn how to feel safe again. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, in pain, unable to sleep well, or simply knowing that their body has been carrying stress for far too long. Through gentle, body-based techniques like Spinal Flow, Spinal Energetics and Somatic Breathwork, I help clients regulate their nervous system, release stored tension and reconnect with their body's natural ability to heal. I often describe what I do as being a personal trainer for your nervous system. We can't eliminate stress from our lives, but we can train the body to become more resilient and flexible in how it responds to stress. My goal is to help people spend less time stuck in fight, flight or freeze and have greater access to the rest, connection and healing their body is capable of.
