01What does your business do, in your own words?
I help people buy, sell, lease, and invest in real estate throughout Central Texas. I really listen to what my clients are looking for and help them understand their options without making the process feel overwhelming. My background as a Certified Residential Appraiser gives me a unique perspective on property values and the market. My goal is to give clients straightforward, knowledgeable advice so they can make decisions they feel good about.
02What's the hardest part of running this business that nobody sees?
The hardest part is everything that happens behind the scenes. Clients see the showings, negotiations, and closing, but not the hours spent researching properties, watching the market, coordinating with everyone involved, solving unexpected problems, and keeping a transaction moving. A lot of real estate is anticipating issues before they become problems and being available when your clients need you.
03What's your favorite customer story?
One of my favorite customer stories started with helping a friend find his home. A couple of years later, he referred his daughter to me, and now I'm helping her find a home of her own. To me, there's no better compliment than someone trusting me enough to recommend me to their family.

04Why here? What made you choose this area?
I'm a Central Texas girl, raised in San Antonio and spending most of my adult life in the North Austin area. I chose Austin because I love the laid-back vibe, the personality of the different communities, and the people. It's the kind of place where you never meet a stranger, and it has always felt like home to me.
05Where do you take out-of-town guests to show off the area?
I love showing out-of-town guests what makes Central Texas special. A few favorites are The Oasis on Lake Travis for the views and sunset, Inner Space Cavern for something uniquely Texas, and South Congress for shopping, people-watching, and a stop at Güero's for some good Tex-Mex. It gives them a little taste of everything I love about the area.
