01What does your business do, the way you would say it to a neighbor?
We are a personal training and small group training facility. We are looking to make that happy middle between the high price of personal training and generic large group training. We want to make sure everyone is getting exactly what they need and are looking for.
02How did the business start?
Andrey and I were working for these fitness companies that we weren't truly passionate about. It was January, a new year, and one Monday morning we were sitting down and Andrey just said "what if we start our own business and I just start training clients on my own?" I said yeah let's do it. I will support you. I can start doing odd jobs just to make ends meet as you grow your business. We took about 4 years to fully commit, but we are here now!

03What do people come to you for that they cannot get anywhere else nearby?
People come for exercise form correction, feedback, and the honest truth about where they are. We make sure to be genuine and real with all of our members so they know exactly who we are and what we do.
04What should someone know before they call you?
We are not an open gym and we are not a large group training facility. Our rates match the quality of service we bring and we stand by that. We do not offer meal plans or cookie cutter programs. We offer customized workout plans for everyone that walks through our doors. We are about educating our members about fitness and their bodies. Our mission is to help educate, encourage, and train our members to be self-sufficient and feel confident walking into a gym.

05What is the question you get asked most, and how do you answer it?
We are a small, mom and pop gym where you are not a number. All our members receive individualized exercise programs that adapt as you adapt. We are all about communication. The better you communicate with us about what feels good and what works, the better we can work with you.
06What do you love about this place?
We believe Austin is just too busy, too many things happening. We like a slower way of life. We used to live in Temple, TX and liked how small and community based it was there, so moving to Round Rock was a little scary because we weren't sure if we were going to experience the same thing. However, it has definitely changed our minds about this area. We love it here! There are so many activities to do, so many people like us, searching for what we are searching for. Down to earth people. We love going to Memorial Park, Katherine Fleischer, Play for All Abilities, and our most often excursion, HEB Plus on 79.
07Anything else people should know?
We are proud of our members and just their effort, consistency, kindness, and commitment to us! We do this because we love to see the progress and benefits they get out of training with us!
