people like Robert Gomez is the reason I keep going back to Lowe's. Yesterday evening i had a water heater emergency and had to go look for some parts in the pluming section and this young man, Robert Gomez, was so attentive and helpful and even though it was almost closing time he did not rush me and we finally completed the difficult search for the part. Thank you Lowe's for hiring great staff.

Robert in Tile is a gem! I needed a single tile that happened to not be out on the floor - Robert went well out of his way to track it down with a smile. Very helpful!

Loved the customer service .. every one was super nice and helpful.. we got our floor we needed..
