people like Robert Gomez is the reason I keep going back to Lowe's. Yesterday evening i had a water heater emergency and had to go look for some parts in the pluming section and this young man, Robert Gomez, was so attentive and helpful and even though it was almost closing time he did not rush me and we finally completed the difficult search for the part. Thank you Lowe's for hiring great staff.

Bought a chest freezer March 8th in Temple. It then was fulfilled by Georgetown. Over a month later when it’s finally supposed to be delivered I get an email. Says my delivery has been rescheduled for 4 days later. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but I already had taken off of work and now I will loose another day. A heads up would have been great. Who knows if it will ever show up. ***update***4/20/2026 Now I am being told the item is not in stock and they have no way of knowing if it is going to show up at the warehouse. They are blaming the vendor-frigidaire. The call center they directed me to also has no information about when they will receive it but gave me a new delivery day of the 25th of April…..hard to deliver something they do not have and have no idea when they will get it. If it does arrive total time will be about 2 months from purchase date to the time of receiving freezer. Good luck getting any appliance you order. ***update*** Now delivery is pushed out to June 4. I called and basically they have to make it with their bare hands and sticks. Only alternative was to pick two smaller freezers at a cost of 480 dollars more and they “think” they can have it to me by May 2nd. So two months later I’ll have exactly what I wasn’t even wanting. Need it for storage or I’d just cancel. They pushed out all the small guys and now don’t stock the stores. So go orange or blue doesn’t matter you may get what you ordered you may not.
Extremely clean and organized. Helpful customer service. Unfortunately online products/stock doesn't reflect in-store inventory and drove 30mins out to purchase an item that wasn't available 😭

We went to buy mulch and soil, as we go in 6 employees drinking coffee greet us. As we finish and walk to the register only 1 person at check out, other 3 employees talking among each other. They saw us and ignore all 5 of us in line waiting to pay. Not very impressed.
