We always have a great time here. It is a go-to place to hang out with friends, relax, and enjoy some tasty beers. The people are fantastic and the vibe is so good.

We’ve given Mesquite Creek Outfitters in Georgetown multiple chances, visiting 2–3 times hoping our experience would improve, but unfortunately it never has. Every time we’ve been, the bartenders have come across as incredibly rude and unwelcoming. The last visit was especially frustrating. We were charged more for our beers than the price listed on the menu, and when we politely asked about it, the bartender acted like it was somehow our fault. Instead of addressing the issue or explaining the discrepancy, the attitude we received made the situation even worse. After our experiences, we looked through other reviews and noticed that many people have mentioned the same problems with the service. It’s surprising that nothing seems to have been done about it. There’s a lot of potential for this place, but the consistently poor customer service makes it hard to want to come back.

Rustic hunting lodge styled bar in old Georgetown square. From the rough-hewn woodwork to the hunting trophy mounts on every wall, you are transported to a wonderful country environment to leave behind all the techno-worries of they day, at least for a few hours. Looks like you can bring your own pizzas in from nearby restaurants as long as you're enjoying a cold drink. Wear your back country or safari garb and become part of the environment here.
Place is great when is playscape is not going on. Lots of kids running around in an adult drinking beer environment.
Bar tenders are the best. Very attentive and friendly! Selection of craft beers are good and priced right.
The whole place just has the heaviest energy and bad atmosphere. I was ignored twice for service and when I finally got served I was treated with the rudest and ugliest attitude ever. The bartender treated me like trash and was so hostile when handing me my drinks. Don’t like it and won’t return.
Hard to argue with the idea behind this place. Its essentially a bar that also has a shop with all sorts of clothing and other stuff. You can get a drink at the bar and either lounge around or shop while you drink. Best part is, they have a really good selection of craft beer.
