I had an exceptional experience at H-E-B on Williams Drive in Georgetown, and I want to specifically recognize an associate named Colby at checkout. From the moment I approached, Colby was friendly, present, and genuinely attentive. There was a calm confidence in the way he handled everything—efficient without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well, but also creates a positive experience in the process. What stood out most was his attitude. He was respectful, personable, and made the interaction feel easy and natural. It may seem like a small moment, but it truly made a difference in my day. H-E-B consistently does a great job, but team members like Colby are what elevate the experience. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
