What you'll do
- As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community and play an important role in helping people find a place they'll love to call home. In this role, you'll:
- Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours
- Build relationships with current and future residents
- Help guide applicants through the leasing process
- Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- A strong communicator, both in person and in writing
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, dependable, and adaptable
