Recently I had the pleasure of working with Heather Austin from Your Choice Senior Care North Austin. She provided private care givers consistently for my mom this past month. Heather provided daily updates as to how my mom was doing, especially at night because her dementia, confusion, fear and agitation were worse at night. The information Heather provided me was consistent and pertinent and very helpful and shared with our Tranquilty Hospice Nurse Lori who relayed information to the Hospice Dr. Based on the symptoms and severity med adjustments were made. The "kitchen sink" was never thrown at her in hopes of finding something that works. Decisions were made based on observed behaviors relayed to me. Without Heather and her private care givers we would be lacking that vital information. Thank you Heather/staff for playing such a vital role in my mom's health journey. You and Your Choice Senior Care are an EXEMPLARY 5 STAR operation and I highly recommend to anyone wanting the very best care for their loved one.
