Our family has had such a wonderful experience with Auberge at Cedar Park. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the warmth and genuine care from the staff. Everyone is kind, patient, and truly treats residents like family. A special thank you to Staff,who has been absolutely amazing. Staff goes above and beyond every time—always attentive, compassionate, and consistently making sure our mom is comfortable and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much heart into their work. We also want to recognize Opaal, the Executive Director, who has been outstanding. Opaal is incredibly quick to respond, always professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about both the residents and their families. Knowing leadership is so involved and responsive gives us so much peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the care and support provided here and would absolutely recommend Auberge at Cedar Park to other families looking for a safe, supportive, and loving facility.
My mom has been a resident at The Auberge for almost a year this Thanksgiving. There have been many issues up until when Opaal took over as Director. I have already seen positive changes with the food, on the job training of staff and facility cleanliness that have improved since her arrival. I wanted to take a moment to commend some employees that I feel are outstanding. They provide patience and loving care every day to the residents. Caregivers Maria Ashly These two ladies provide loving care and are always wanting to help in anyway they can. They are missed when they are not there Medication Aides Diana - Very knowledgeable, positive and caring everyday. Front Desk Staff Ashley Theresa They always have a smile on their faces and willing to help. Caretakers Maria and Ashley Medication Aides Diana is always patient and kind.
My dad has been so well cared for for over a year now at The Auberge. I cannot say enough great things about the entire team there and especially the caregivers who are so loving and work tirelessly to take care of our loved ones. Although dad is not a memory Care resident he is mobility challenged and I'm so grateful of how careful everyone is with him. We would like to give a special shout-out to Lester who has formed such a bond with us and always lets us know what Dad needs! Thank you Lester and everyone!
I am so grateful for the special care Brittany Mott is giving my mom. My mom absolutely adores her! Brittany was also great to my dad, before he passed. Brittany is upbeat and positive, and goes out of her way to check on my mom. Her kindness is contagious and worth noting. I appreciate the way she makes my mom feel. Also, a shout out to Renu, Lester, Trena, and Octavia, caretakers who I regularly see going the extra mile for my mom.
Staff is excellent to work with at Auberge. Opaal and Marcus work hard to maintain excellence and improve any issues. Other good workers are Diana Ugarte and Tanamarie Martin who update me quickly with any concerns, and they seem to truly care about the residents. The communication is professional, prompt, and refreshing.
