The Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation

We traveled from South Texas to visit my sister here at The Springs. I was very impressed with the modern check in and was not expecting to take my sister to her home for a short visit. This facility and its employees are outstanding. The social worker, physical therapist and director spoke to my husband and I and welcomed us and provided great feedback regarding my family member's care, discussed how insurance works and described the rehabilitation process. The facility is clean and inviting. Very friendly!

I walked into their community and was greeted with a smile. Everyone there was so friendly. I was able to speak to the administrator Shannon without an appointment to discuss our PAS company. I’m very thankful for speaking with her. It was beyond a pleasant visit.

Very upbeat! Friendly staff! They were all interacting with patients each other & visitors. I spoke with the Admitting lady, as I was leaving the premises. She was delightful. We shared the same work history, in the Healthcare Industry

Great place i came in as a caregiver for one of their residents at the door all nice nurses cnas even the other residents all walk pass me and spoke had a awesome attitude made you feel welcome in the building they get 1000 stars from me

I can’t say enough good things about the therapists at The Springs. They are all incredibly caring, compassionate, and dedicated to helping their patients improve. They work hard to encourage and support each patient, with the goal of helping them regain their strength and independence so they can return home. We are very grateful for everything they have done.
