My mom moved into Maple Ridge three months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment she arrived, everyone has been incredibly welcoming. She has made so many new friends, including members of the wonderful staff. I can’t say enough about how friendly, caring, and attentive the management team, housekeeping staff, and kitchen staff have been. We also hired a caregiving team that has offices on-site, and they have been equally amazing. We transferred from another Hawthorn property, and one of the biggest differences has been the dining experience. Instead of complaints about the food, my mom genuinely enjoys the meals at Maple Ridge. The community is always clean, well-maintained, and inviting, and the managers are visible and engaged with residents and families. I always enjoy visiting my mom and being greeted by so many friendly faces. If you’re looking for a senior living community where residents are cared for and truly feel at home, I highly recommend Maple Ridge.

June 2023 Jim worked for two hours trying to get past The Old Spectrum Guard Thursday night and finally succeeded getting to The New Sectrum Guard, Jim worked his magic, Spectrum worked their magic, and I finally did my part - I used Nighthawk to fully set up my Netgear account and router. Everything works great now! By the way, the Wilson Duo cheerfully work every day making life at Maple Ridge a very pleasant experience for all of us residents, from visiting to living, we are warmly welcomed! 24/7 365 -- Maple Ridge is a great place to live! ‐------------------------------------------------------------------------------ January 2026 EVERYONE from office to floors to kitchen worked smart and hard to provide us residents with a great place to live!!
I absolutely love Maple Ridge Retirement Community! ❤️ It has such a warm, welcoming, and positive environment. The managers truly care about every resident and go above and beyond to make sure they feel loved, supported, and included. I also love how active Maple Ridge is in the community and how much effort they put into keeping the residents involved and enjoying life. It really feels like a place where residents are treated like family. I’m so thankful for the wonderful people who make Maple Ridge such a special place! 💕
I have been visiting Maple Ridge for the last 6 years. I have found this community to be very kind and helpful and they truly give their residents their independence to live out their lives with joy and integrity. Their safety measures and resources that they have for their residents are way above the standards of care. I would gladly recommend Maple Ridge for any senior that requires a little more assistance and there are not many reasons that they would not be able to age in place. I encourage anyone to take a tour today!
My Father moved there 3 months ago and is doing so well. The staff is awesome! Super compassionate and always willing to help. Clean and friendly environment and the food is very good. lots of fun activities for your loved one to join in on. Thank you for making my Dad feel so comfortable.
The Managers Julie and Cody are amazing at what they do. I have never had any problems with them. I see them working hard and making things Fun!! I also Love Doug and Jennette! They are awesome at their jobs!!!!
