We had an urgent need for 24/7 care of a family member. We were connected with HomeWell and Ashley. She & her scheduler, Jamie, were a godsend! We got terrific caregivers, especially Mrs. Sheena and Nessie! Give them a call if you need services! They are all very professional! 5 star service!
My late stepfather had entered hospice care in May 2026, at home with HomeWell providing 24/7 care. I was impressed. A rep named Kymberly had come over and sat down with us and opened up the claim with his LTC insurance company, on the phone; all we had to do was sit and listen and verify a little bit of info. She was a total pro. (Edit 7/2026: She's not there anymore, sadly, but STILL responded to a quick quesiton I had!) The caregivers I met were lovely. I never, ever showed up with nobody there with him, ever. I was always completely and totally confident that things would be fine and that no matter what, they would never, ever leave him alone in the house. They chatted with him, helped him with Instacart, watered plants, made him some food (light stuff) AND were able to tend to morphine, anti-anxiety meds and O2 when that time arrived. The lady who heard no activity on the baby monitor and checked on him immediately was FANTASTIC. French lady, late 50s, name began with a C. I think. (I was in the house with her when he lassed away and she was was cool as a breeze.) Kymberly was ALWAYS available, responsive VERY quickly, and very caring and supportive. She also doesn’t beat around the bush, which I really like and appreciate. She even facilitated some awkward (a little) discussions wonderfully, but it was never something she forced or pushed.
