First time at the Hutto location. The food was as good as at their other locations. The atmosphere was great. The staff were friendly & the place was clean. A must have when in Central Texas

Driver thru order of sausage links. I asked for it to be sliced and none of the regular standard sides (bread, pickles BBQ sauce, etc). I got all the fixings (which just went into the trash since I can't eat them), and it was unsliced. While the food is good, it was not the way i ordered it. I dislike wasting food, and you didn't help.

Got ice cream and it said 3 scoops are $5. I specifically asked if I can get 3 different flavors in seperste to go contaners snd was told by 2 employees yes. When it rang up Inwas charged as individual scopps at $3 each instead of $5. When I asked about price difference Inwas told it was because I separated them, even though I asked if I could before ordering. Just needed better communication and clarity about ordering.

I have gone to southside market in Elgin all my life and decided to give the location in Hutto a visit. This was the worst experience. I sat in line for almost 30 min after placing my order. When I got to the window I was double charged. They apologized for the wait and corrected my ticket.

The last two weeks they have been out of ranch dressing or had very limited stock which is very frustrating when trying to order the salad. I could understand periodically but two weeks in a row...
