Sagebrook Nursing and Rehabilitation

I have just spent 23 days at Sagebrook and cannot recommend the staff highly enough: highly professional, skilled, caring, and kind. I was in great pain from a nasty fall and could not put any weight on my injured leg. The PT tech, Jason, was incredibly skilled and explained every step of my rehabilitation. Inventive, he found numbers of ways to approach my injury. The OT tech, Sally, was also inventive about showing me how to manage when I got home. Both were marvelously patient and encouraging.My nurses and aides were incredibly kind, especially Sharlene, Eveene, Suli, and Sandra. Ethan, a cleaner, was very sweet. Rehab is no fun, but all of these people made my stay as comfortable and productive as possible. I am very grateful.

I truly appreciate the care that Sagebrook Nursing gave to my elderly aunt. My aunt was there for 5 years until her passing. They were quick to respond when any event occurred with my aunt and made a phone call. The care they gave her was exceptional and I did not have to worry about her stay there. The facility was always clean. The only issue I encountered was for the last year and half was issues with cable tv not working. I wish that would have been addressed. Otherwise I was satisfied with their care of service. Thank you.

My sister was admitted to Sagebrook for rehab after a brief hospitalization. The Sagebrook staff was phenomenal and I left there feeling good about leaving my sister. The facility is so clean and neat, the floors are spotless! Thank you Caleb for your kindness and support, you’re the best ! Thanks to Jaya, Jason, Charlene, Sally, Evie, Kathy, Casie, Francis and all those others I failed to mention.

I would like to recognize a couple of employees that always go above and beyond at Sagebrook. Useni Sule and Liz who both to medications in ward 1 And 4, always treat my mom with care and respect. They speak with her and help her in multiple ways to include, medication taking, raising up in the bed and helping to get her in her chair. I really appreciate what they do at Sagebrook.

My father was at Sagebrook for a short stay of 21 days. The facility is very basic and older, but clean. Megan, the Nurse Practitioner and the nursing staff and PT team were very caring, gentle, positive, friendly and professional, always going out of their way to make sure my father was well taken care. They did a great job keeping us informed, through email, phone and 1:1 conversations. I recommend Sagebrook.

My mother is doing better because of the great care she receives at Sagebrook. Her rehabilitation is coming along very well. I can’t remember the nurses and staff names that have made this all possible, but kudos to all who have cared for my mother Doris B. I highly recommend Sagebrook!!! Krista S.
