Somebody needs to watch Pretty Woman again. We’ve spent thousands of dollars here in the past 5 years. We spent our last dime here today. A sales associate in her 60’s with short brown hair decided to go full blown Karen on our shopping party today. Not what the owner Paige would expect. Not what the sweet college young lady working would want as a mentor. This was California, Rodeo Drive snobbery. Well, a lot of people witnessed how not to do business today, so our dollars are now going elsewhere. We called the store to share with a manager, but we were told no such person worked there and Paige was not available. Well, Hasta la bye bye Karen.
