Good was great, service very slow a the store was a mess, likely not cleaned after lunch rush. Most employees were in street clothes and seemed to be new and untrained
I sat at the drive thru order line for 10 min. Nobody responded. Pulled to window and it was open where I sat 5 min with no response. Went inside to order and they charged for sauces that I never got , the food had been sitting in a warmer tray and nearly inedible. I really like Popeyes and eat it frequently but if this has been my first time eating Popeyes I would never go to another again. The floor was disgusting and tables dirty. Person taking my order at counter was not proficient in English to take my order properly.
Long wait. Cold food. Writing this as stand here waiting even longer for maybe kinda hot, not so fast food. Why go here where theres many other options in same parking lot? Next!
Not fast food—took over 30 minutes to serve me even though the restaurant was not busy. The person at register was sloooowww as a brick and got easy confused by basic orders. I was almost as if struggled to read the receipts.

Fuimos muy bien atendidos por la señorita Fernanda mi pollo estuvo muy delicioso un picante muy agradable acompañado de mi bbq
Horrible service. We waited in line inside for 15 minutes before getting asked what we wanted to order. So we left. We was the only ones there inside the lobby waiting and multiple employees saw us standing there waiting.
Horrible customer service today 04/23/2026. I think they are trying to outdo Burger King nextdoor.
