I had a loved one over here the staff was great Haley who helped us get in there was phenomenal Chastity was great the whole experience was great I recommend very dearly

New Hope is a breathe of fresh air! My mom came here from another local facility where she was neglected and left in bed. Here she is up, working with rehab, interacting with everyone, And I can tell the staff actually know about her likes and dislikes and care about her.

We work with various Facilities and I can tell you not all facilities are the same. There are similarities but New Hope Manor is one that stands out mostly because of how much they care for their residence. It shows in everything they do and how they go above and beyond for everyone they care for. Not just because it’s their job but it’s in their heart and can’t imagine doing anything less. This starts from the top and their leadership, Susan Hickey, Emily Cook Kelly Zurita and Susan Dickens are the prime example of what a facility leadership should look like. If you have someone you love that needs a place don’t hesitate to go here and see for yourself!

I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the New Hope Manor Staff for taking excellent care of my Grandfather. He has lived in the facility for several months now and I couldn't ask for better response and love. They treat him like their own family member. I keep in close contact with the staff to ensure everything is OK and the communication is EXCELLENT, they even called within 24 hours to make sure of what my expectations are and the goals I want to accomplish while he is there. I believe communication in a nursing home where your loved one is makes for a positive outcome for everyone.

Our experience with NHM has been the sweetest and most comforting journey. When you drive by, you’ll see a smaller building that appears a little older but when you go for a visit, you’ll meet the kindest and most attentive care team! Whether it’s dining, therapy, office, maintenance, activities or nursing & CNAs, every team goes out of their way to care for my mom with incredible respect and professionalism. I’m so very thankful I found this special place!

I just want to give a Big Shout out to the entire team here at New Hope Manor...Everyone is friendly, kind, knows how and what to do for attending care of my Mother. Thank you for weekly updates and all you do for her and ALL of your sweet residents.
