Each visit we have had here the staff has been so nice and pleasant that our puppy loves it here as much as we do. Since our family is new to this puppy breed ( Akita ) we have a lot more questions than normal and EVERYONE has had such patience with us and really cares about getting us the the most up to date correct information.We never felt rushed at all when getting all the additional information. I don’t normally write reviews but since this experience has been so outstanding each time we have been here I thought it would only be right to share our experience with other pet parents who were thinking of coming to this location.. We have been coming to Mercy vet and resort since they opened. They have loved on both of my dogs. We had to put our sweet Sadie to rest and the care they showed was amazing. Thank you!
We really lucked out finding the team at Mercy for our pups. The vets are top notch and my wife and I have been bringing the boys to Dr. Daigle for years now. The dogs love going to see all the smiling faces and of course, lots and lots of pets!
Our boys have been patients of Dr. Daigle and staff for 20+ years and I’ve finally taken a moment to post a review. We accidentally stumbled upon his clinic Premier in Cedar Park with my first boy Griffin back in 2005 and it was the amount of care and love that Daigle and his whole staff from Gabby, Shannon, etc., have provided over the years that keep us coming back. When we had to say goodbye the Griffin it was a standing room only in the room with staff who has become a second family to us. I feel like I’ve also grown up with them. Kids, grandkids, marriages, literally we’ve seen it all. They’re family and they are the best. When he sold the clinic we traveled to Taylor to take our new babies Oliver and Logan to them and now that Mercy is a half hour from us we make the drive. We currently see Dr. Sutton and let me tell you. IYKYK, I am a hard client to please. I have high expectations as a dog mom but Dr. Sutton is amazing. He loves our “kiddos” like Daigle does and goes over and above. When I ugly cry bc I think it could be time to put Oliver down, he does extra research to find a new way to treat. There is no one better than Mercy. No one. They are consistent and they love your kids. And they call them kids. Thank you for the decades with our boys and see you soon! But not too soon.
Very rude staff. Called to schedule an appointment through a foster agency for an animal we’re taking care of. They needed a password that I didn’t have to book the appointment, was very rude and snarky in her tone, and then hung up on me!! We weren’t finished. The only reason we’re going here is because it’s convenient for the foster agency. I DO NOT take my animals here and never would. Very disappointed with the level of customer care.
We are new to the area and decided to get our pups established at Mercy. The whole experience was 10/10. The staff was friendly and inviting. The whole appointment ran smoothly and in a timely matter. I felt like our technician and doctor were really thorough and took time to listen to any concerns and answer all questions. Dr. Couture was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. It was a very pleasurable experience here at Mercy Veterinary Hospital and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
We have been seeing Dr. Daigle for years. He has always been kind, compassionate and caring. He is thorough and ensures you understand your pets needs, DX and treatment options. We also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Tripp when Dr. Daigle was unavailable on our recent visit. She was equally kind and compassionate Dr. Daigle has put together an amazing team of veterinarians and staff. I know my pets are in good hands and receive the best of care here.

I have a rescue dog. I took him as soon as we got him. He had been hit by a car before we got him. So I wanted to make sure that they I knew his past medical. He ran into a pole and got a bump on his hip, and I was worried. They were very caring and immediately checked it because it was on the hip that he has his plate in from the car accident. They are always so very kind and so very loving with him. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else.
