Great experience, as always.
My dog, Sally Mae, was at her daycare and injured herself by doing whatever she does since she’s ✨chaotic✨. They were quickly able to get her into their office and were above and beyond. Seriously the best vet practice around. They give you a complimentary bottle of wine but since I’m pregnant they surprised me with a T shirt & a free ID tag! 🩷 Everyone is super sweet and I appreciate how sweet everyone was with Sally Mae. Thank you so so much!
Best vet experience I’ve ever had. Gave prices up front. Offered cheaper routes for obtaining Rx. Customer service, from booking to visit to follow up was perfection- friendly, detail oriented, timely & accurate. So glad to have found this practice!
I truly cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. I called concerned about my dog, and they were able to get us scheduled within 30 minutes of my call. That level of urgency and compassion immediately put me at ease. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was kind, attentive, and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and address it right away. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat and the families who love them. They even provided a complimentary initial checkup thanks to a referral, which speaks volumes about how much they stand behind their care. On top of that, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine — such an incredibly thoughtful and unexpected gesture during a stressful time. They even personally texted to check in on my dog afterward. That level of follow-up and compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a veterinary team that is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond, I would recommend them without hesitation. I am so grateful we found them.
We love this vet! They truly care about your pets. It's a clean and comfortable space. Communication may easily be done via texting. And you get wine when you become a customer! Special shoutout to Dr. Burrows...so kind and knowledgeable!
Absolutely love this place. Wonderful staff that make you and your furr babies feel like family. When we had to make the decision to let my boy go, they made us feel loved and take the time I NEEDED to say goodbye. Such a sad time and I don't think I could have done it without them ALL! They are very patient with our other boy that has severe issues with being at vet. They will forever be our vet
I love the hospital, dr.montez, and every technician who help oreo with his fear aggression. But I absolutely dislike that Sabrina front desk lady is rude to me and oreo every single time we have interaction with her. She definitely needs some training in customer service. She doesn't need to know how to smile or anything but she sure does need to learn how to talk and not be rude and swear at her hospital clients. I try to be as kind as possible and understanding of her situation. Everyone has their bad days and are dealing with alot of stuff that others wouldn't know. So I try my best to be patient and understanding of her behavior towards me and oreo but she is always rude to us every single time. Despite all our awful interactions with Sabrina, the hospital and the vets are amazing so I always take oreo here for all his visits!
We had an exceptional first visit. From the moment we walked in until we left, we were treated like VIPs—honestly, I checked to see if we accidentally booked a spa. Our kids got an animal coloring book and were allowed to adopt a stuffed pet, our puppy left with a brand-new dog tag like the star she is, and I was gifted a bottle of wine… which felt especially thoughtful considering we’re currently potty training a new puppy and running on zero sleep. Every question and concern we had was answered with patience and genuine care. The veterinarian was fantastic, and the technician was next-level AMAZING. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here—you’ll leave feeling cared for, educated, and slightly more prepared for puppy chaos.
