If I wanted breast, would have to wait 45 mins to cook it. Other chicken choices very limited. They need to close down and have a new franchise owner open at a new location. Chicken resturant OUT OF CHICKEN, got to be kidding.

Fried chicken and cole slaw are the best on offer in the fast food market. Some locations are managed better than others. But overall, if you like KFC, you’ll get the same food at all stores.

We order the family meal to sit and eat in I felt the amount was a good amount for the price but my food was not hot enough so I didn't care for that.

Two Stars only because OG’s Recipe sticks out above the B.S! I ordered an Extra Crispy and Original Chicken 3 piece meal. The chicken Skin had extremely Fat and A Rubbery Section that you just couldn’t get past. Most definitely needed to be cooked A little bit longer. The Unfortunate part about the ordeal is when I Respectfully Returned into the establishment and Informed the lady across the counter about the Issue…She Simply Smirked and Tried to Justify that “It was just Fat”😔. I then proceeded serene and amiably with the Request to just replace it with A Drumstick. She agreed but walked away with the demeanor as if I was A Joke/ Inconvenience. The Chicken in total was most definitely over powered by the Flavor of Old Grease along with the Fries !!! The Biscuit was Fresh, Soft and Delicious. 5 Stars itself. I Believe in KFC, but not when Diligence and Customer Service is not A Priority! Reminds me Exactly of The KFC located 1912 E Veterans Memorial Blvd, Killeen, TX 76541.

@Christina Longoria I went to your restaurant to get Krispy Chicken on 01-13-26 at 6:28pm ticket#3432, was advised 25 minute wait so with hesitency I decided to go with original, after waiting for the order to be made, I remembered my family doesn't like the original, didn't want to wait, order hadn't been made yet, I ask Jordan for refund, said he has to ask Omar, Omar then comes and said you were told 25 min wait, I advised I didn't want to wait nor did I want the original, he said I can't change my mind and stated he's not giving me a refund, then I ask can he sign my receipt and I can come back another day and pick up Krispy, he said NO, reluctantly after pondering for a few minutes I took the original. Christina Longoria I didn't see a posted sign stating NO REFUNDS!! Omar acted like i didn't have a right to change my mind. My wife really hates this location, the order fifty percent of the time isn't right I have to open box and check all the time, the Louis Hennna and 79 & 35 are our preferred restaurants but I'm local and try to support local most of the time, today was my last time here. Christina Longoria will you please provide and outline of KFC's REFUND POLICY and reassure me Omar's actions aren't store policy, not looking to get anyone on trouble or fired, please advise, I'm looking forward to your response.
