For the paint peeling in warranty period, they claimed it’s due to water damage or poor maintenance — which doesn’t make sense when it’s happening in multiple places, not just one or two isolated spots. Overall, this feels like temporary fixes and blame-shifting instead of proper resolution. Expecting a permanent fix if they care about customer.
