Austin Hudgins is incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the whys of issues we are experiencing. He installed a drawer replacement front and explained how to correct issues bound to come up due to a new build settling. Glad to know he is available as a resource in our neighborhood. Thanks Austin!
Technician, Austin, came out to repair a few minor issues with our cabinets and did a great job. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain proper care and maintenance. We really appreciated his help and advice! Will request him personally for future needs.
I had an excellent experience with kentmore Cabinets and especiallyAustin who handled the replacement of my damaged kitchen cabinet. From the moment he arrived, Austin was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about cabinetry. He assessed the issue quickly, explained the process in clear terms, and got to work with minimal disruption to my home. The quality of the replacement was top-notch—perfectly matched to the existing ones in color, style, and finish, making it look like it had always been there. Austin’s attention to detail was impressive; he ensured everything was level, secure, and functioning smoothly, even taking the extra time to clean up afterward and haul away the old damaged piece. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made the whole process stress-free. Kentmore Cabinets clearly values customer satisfaction, and Austin exemplifies that with his expertise and positive attitude. I highly recommend them for any cabinet needs—5 stars all the way!
We had our cabinets installed 4 years ago and they are still great. Our house flooded in the July 2025 floods and our toe kicks were damaged and removed. Patrick was more than willing to get us the pieces we needed to make our home complete again. Some of the pieces he had at the shop and gave them to me free of charge, I can’t thank him enough!!
Lisa and Patrick really helped us when our cabinets got damaged from water - even after 11 years after our install, they were quick with a solution and helped us fix our cabinet. Thank you, thank you! Five star class A service all the way. Jon
I got serviced by Sal he listened to all my concerns, paid attention to details and got our cabinets fixed. Thank you again Sal!
