Not My Vendor, Still My Problem Didn’t choose Kent Moore — builder installed them. Issues: • Cabinet doors misaligned and touching • Paint peeling in multiple areas For the alignment issue, despite being within builder warranty, their solution was to adjust screws every few weeks, which is not realistic for a new home and clearly points to a workmanship problem. For the paint peeling in warranty period, they claimed it’s due to water damage or poor maintenance — which doesn’t make sense when it’s happening in multiple places, not just one or two isolated spots. Overall, this feels like temporary fixes and blame-shifting instead of proper resolution. Expecting a permanent fix if they care about customer.
