I don't even know where to start. This place has my heart forsure. Working in the medical field, you see so many places and people that do not care at all about anything. The social worker, the home maker, shower aide, the admission nurse and the nurses that came to my home, I appreciate you all so very very much. My mom loved you guys and you made her feel so loved. The care and concern was genuine and it could be felt. I will most definitely recommend and tell everyone about you guys because everyone deserves to be loved and cared for especially in the end days and that's exactly what she got from you all. I am wishing the best for each of you individually and collectively. Thank you for making this as smooth as possible and being there when we needed, sometimes even putting our needs before yours. I'll never forget you guys.❤️

The company is very supportive of their patients. Anything you need They’re on it right away. The nurse in particular Katrina is amazing beyond and also Brandy after hours nurse is also amazing and caring I would recommend this company to anybody. They’re fantastic and on the ball thank you for your support and help. I appreciate it.👍🏻😀

Our family experienced outstanding care with Comforts of Home. Dad was treated with dignity, respect, and care all the way to his peaceful end. Chanda, our primary nurse, became one of the family and answered every question with kindness and patience. She was a phone call away during work hours and responded quickly. Although losing my dad was a painful experience, I look back with gratitude that we had Chanda by our side guiding us all through change and grief. Angels do walk among us, and we count ourselves fortunate to have one by our side during this transition.

As someone who isn’t new to Hospice, I want to say I am extremely thankful for Dr. James Mercer and Gege our RNCM for our area (Llano county)! James is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, personable, and one of the kindest humans I have ever met! As a Director every family I refer to him have nothing but amazing words to say about him!!!!! Gege!!!!!! If you know her she is the most selfless, honest, caring, and straightforward nurse there is!!! She is so good with our residents and always is willing to educate!!!! Comforts you have two very valuable Gems!!! We appreciate you we love you!!! God bless you and the path that led you to the Hill Country!!! Those two truly go above and beyond for Comforts of Home!

I cannot thank Comforts of Home enough for the care given to my husband during his last 5 months of life here at home. ALL of his interactions with all staff were positive, loving, caring and competent. They were patient and understanding of his conditions and were supportive of me as his caregiver. Meds were delivered in record time right to my door. I believe this is a model for all home care agencies. Hopefully we might consider this sort of care to all seriously ill home bound senior patients. I call the comforts staff my angels not wearing their wings! Bless you all!

I’m so thankful to be cared for by the team I have at Comforts of Home. I started with a very helpful social worker, and then moved to the care of Lola, my nurse. Lola excels at her job, and she is always one step ahead of me. I had my visit from her today, and she refilled all my necessary Rx meds and had them delivered this morning prior to our visit. It worked like clockwork. You can’t go wrong with Comforts of Home Hospice Care!
