Make sure you check your receipt and your promos compared to menu and receipt. They will over charge you and if youre not paying attention its basically your fault. Also maybe bring your own straws too. Don't expect to be treated like your money matters or that youre a valued customer because you're not.
I personally don't think the food is what it use to be. The servers always forget burger instructions when I go, like politely asking for something to be off the burger. But theyre still friendly and the atmosphere is nice.
The food here is usually disappointing. The last chicken sandwich I had here had a terrible taste like it had been fried in the same oil used to fry fish.
Natalie was AMAZING. By far the best service we’ve had in probably a decade. It was so nice to have such an exceptional waitress. Please ask for her to get the FULL chilis experience you will not regret it!

Spend your money somewhere else! Terrible employees mean terrible leadership! They run out of food items and only told me when I came to pick up my order. So I had to wait another 25 minutes!
