Went there 3 times , wrong part each time - just need to slow down and make it right for customers or simply tell me you don’t have it rather than give me something twice lol nice store , location but be better staff - thanks

5 people waiting in line and 1 of helpers finishes with a customer and tells other employee good by and leaves. We went to O'Reilly down the street and got new battery and cleaners totaling almost $300. I won't be going back!
I was here for my first time today, my car had a dead battery that didn’t charge anymore. I don’t know much about cars but spent quite a bit of time researching what battery I needed and why. In the store I meet Dylan S (he should seriously be employee of the month) who quickly looked up my car and within less then a minute recommended me the exact same battery that I was going to buy. I was already impressed but then he asks me if I would like him to install the new battery right away. I was mentally prepared to spend several hours on YouTube figuring out how to do this without electrocuting myself on my own car, but Dylan replaced it quickly in just a few minutes. You have no idea how much stress he removed from my life so huge thank you.
Knowledgeable, prices are decent.
I just wanted to give Maria a huge shoutout ! I stopped In today needing a battery and she was super helpful and even installed it for me in the cold wind with a huge smile on her face. Customer service like this is hard to come by and she really provided it ! That woman deserves a raise. Thanks so much !
I stopped by to drop off some used oil, and I was extremely disappointed with Juan’s customer service. The oil had leaked on the bottle, and I had placed it in a bag, but I had no issues dumping it myself. Customers should not be treated the way he treated me. Ron was a little better, but his attitude wasn't great either. It's likely that he and Juan are friends, which could explain the loyalty between them. I will not be shopping at this AutoZone anymore. I hope the store manager, Nathaniel Brazzeal, the district manager, Brian McQueen, and the regional manager, Lindsay Valdez, take this seriously before these two ruin the store's reputation.
I like this location better than any of the others nearby in Leander and Cedar Park. It doesn't seem as busy or it might be that the employees are just faster. They seem to always have what I'm looking for in stock as well, something I can't say about other locations I've been to frequently. The oil change specials are good and they have the recycling tank for used oil you can drop off when you're done. The employees are always real nice and helpful but aren't pushy either if you just want to browse.
Roy is a true champion. When other places brushed me off, lied to me, or tried to sell me parts I didn't need. I ended up coming to this location in Liberty Hill. When I tell you Roy showed up with Superior customer service and found exactly what was wrong with my car and did everything he could to help. Even gave me some schooling on other issues going on with my car. I could not have asked for a better person to help me. Truly good man and I'm blessed he's at this location.
This is a well-stocked store that normally has what I need when I go in. Brake bulbs, oil pans, etc. have never been completely out of stock. The employees are pretty friendly too. I ran my truck over to have the battery tested and some codes pulled and the guy that helped me was quick and did a good job of explaining what the codes said was going on. I'll keep coming here as long as I live in the Liberty Hill area.
Clean and cleaning when I walked in to buy some oil. Attendant asked if I need to borrow a filter. Gave it to me wrapped up in a paper towel. Appreciate that instead of having to manage a oily filter bare handed.
