when passing through Liberty Hill, Tx. traveling with our RV, We had a tire emergency resulting in the need to replace the tires on the RV. The Liberty Hill branch had us back on the road in less than an hour with 4 new tires. Thank You for our peace of mind and safety!
I had gotten a flat tire and Velocity Tire was able to see me the same day. I usually dread having to sit around at the mercy of the shop but this was not my experience. The building was very clean with lots of tires already in stock. They offer a full coverage warranty for the life of the tires you purchase from them with rotation/balance whenever you need it. Prices were more affordable than Discount Tire which I was not expecting. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. I mainly was helped by Erik, who was super friendly and made the whole experience better. They also offer first responder/military discounts which was a classy touch. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommended if you are looking to shop local, save money, and save time.

FYI, I was in a pinch...had a bad leak in my tire & I was in a hurry! I am not from Liberty Hill & I was looking for a place to fix my tire ASAP. Went to Velocity Tire...They got me in & out in 15 min or less. Great guys & was very helpful. I recommend!
I agreed to have my tires changed only because I was offered a specific service: that after the work was done, my vehicle would be taken to my workplace. That offer is what made me say yes. When I asked why they would offer a service they don’t follow through on, ERIK ISAAC repeatedly said “the card reader is ready, sir” instead of acknowledging the issue, the miscommunication, or even showing basic professionalism. What made it worse was being treated like I was crazy for expecting what they themselves offered, and being told they “don’t even do that here.” And “It looks like you’re just trying to be upset” If that’s the case, then it should never be offered to customers in the first place. The only reason this experience didn’t end completely negative is because another sales rep the one I had originally spoken to the day before stepped in and apologized. He handled the situation professionally and respectfully, which was appreciated. Overall, poor communication, unprofessionalism, immature and no accountability from ERIK ISAAC and a frustrating experience that could have been avoided by simply owning the mistake.
Had a issue with a tire that would 'intermittently' go flat. Took in a couple of times. Could not find an issue. Matthew ordered me a new tire. When they took the tire off the old tire from the rim to put the new tire on, they saw a lot of dirt and grim buildup on the rim. That was the likely probable cause. The scrapped and cleaned it all off. The tire is holding air fine now. They did this all for no charge at all (bought the tires there a couple of months ago). Matthew told me the next time I bring in the tires for a rotation, they'll check the rims and clean them as well....again at NO CHARGE!! Velocity...a great local tire shop! Matthew and crew were all top notch.
Great group of guys running the place. Priced right, and service is above all others. I got tired of the extremely long waits, and crappy service at the big Tire shops. I gave Velocity a shot and Im glad I did. I've taken 2 trucks and a trailer to them and every single time I'm in and out fast, with quality work and money spent local. Highly recommend using them!
I had the BEST experience with Velocity yesterday. I needed to get 4 new tires for my SUV and Eric (GM) was so helpful as I don't know one brand from another. He researched it and called me back to let me know what would work and had one of his guys (Matthew) come pick up my car and put the tires on and bring my car back to me at my job! Now, that is what I call great service. I hate to sit at a shop and wait on this to get done! I was so very pleased and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you guys so much for a great experience!!
I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and fully expected a hassle—but Velocity Tire blew me away. They honored the warranty immediately, no questions asked, and got everything handled fast. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cares about doing right by their customers. Super smooth experience from start to finish. This is hands-down the kind of shop you hope to find. Highly recommend!
