Staff was definitely nice and was very polite. Got brake pads replaced with ceramic with lifetime warranty. Just in an year had to come and do the same work again. This made me to pay for the labor twice for the same work, wish they had taken care of it in the first time.
All the employees were great. Josh who worked on my vehicle did a great job. I'll be back.

I had a frustrating experience at Brakes Plus in Liberty Hill. I went in for a simple alignment and was immediately given a quick sales pitch about potential issues, which felt like a setup for extra charges. While I was waiting, I overheard a rep going through a long list of supposed problems on another customer’s truck, and the guy looked completely confused since he seemed to be there for something minor. That didn’t sit right with me. Thankfully, my car hadn’t been serviced yet, so I asked for my keys and left. I ended up going to NTB instead and had a much better experience. They just did the work I asked for without any pressure.
