These guys here are amazing. Adrian and JW went over the top getting me out of a tight spot. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Purchased obd2 scanner online for store pickup. When item was handed to me the box was open. I inspected the item and noticed it was damaged, screen was very scratched and the hand held device looked used with wires just thrown in the box. I notified the staff of used item and was nice enough to process return but boxed it back up and placed back on shelf to sell. If purchasing from this store, thoroughly inspect your items before walking out, you may be walking out with a used/returned item.

Adrian is literally a life saver. I had a mechanic coming at 2 to look at my break lights and he told me to pick up some parts for my car. I drove around to AutoZone as well as O’reilly’s to get help finding the parts I needed which they were unable to provide. Finally went to Advanced Auto Parts and they were so quick to help me and explain what I needed, they KNOW cars. Adrian told me he had installed the part I needed before and could do it for me in like 5 mins. I told him I would be back if the mechanic couldn’t fix it since I’d already called him to be there at 2(didn’t want to put him out). The mechanic did not show up…so I drove back to Advanced and Adrian fixed my car in 5 minutes. What would have cost me $50 plus cost me $6. I will now forever come here first, thanks so much. And Adrian you were seriously awesome and very friendly, I really appreciate all your help. Thanks:)
Shout out to Sergio and Adrian. I bought a 2025 Camry and was struggling when it was dark to see far enough in front of me because the lights appeared dim. It was dangerous and scary, because if I outdrove the lights, I couldn't see what was coming up (lights were on auto, so happened when brights were off). I stopped by AAP, and Sergio quickly figured out my lights were angled downward. He took out his tools and got to work angling them higher. It was so much better! The next night, I decided that there was room for a bit of improvement, as it was necessary to angle one a little higher to match the other. I came back and Adrian was working that day. He angled the one in question higher that the other side, to which I asked if he could angle the other one to meet the new height of the one he had worked on. He told me to drive around to make sure it was good. Before, my lights weren't even illuminating the street signs. I am SO very happy with Sergio and Adrian's help. I've been in AAP before and had my battery checked-- same amazing experience. I look forward to supporting them and stopping back when I need something for my car. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and professional. My car is so much safer than when I bought it. Grateful!!
Always a good place to get my parts from. Order online and they are always ready. Also had no issues with a battery replacement under warranty.
Had the best experience here yesterday, there was an employee with pink colored hair that helped me a lot and was very knowledgeable. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. He helped me pick out the best oil for my car and showed me how to reset my oil maintenance light. This employee was very well kept and groomed and looked very professional, not to mention the amazing aroma that was coming off him. He had such a dominant and masculine aura that i could barely control myself while he helped me. I just wanted to be bred right there and then. Even while acting as inappropriately and out of character as I was he seemed to understand and kept giving me his outstanding customer service. I without a doubt can tell that he was very well trained to give his customers the best experience they can possibly have at a store. We certainly need more employees like him.
