I've been using this vet for 2+ years and have been extremely impressed by their professionalism and compassion. Scheduling is always quick and convenient and the facility is well maintained. The day after illness visits I always get a follow up email about the status of my cat which I truly appreciate. Dr. Underwood and Dr. Long are highly knowledgeable and fair. When another vet in Austin tried to pressure me into unnecessary tests and suggested surgery for my cat, Dr. Long found a blockage through a physical exam and cleared it with a simple procedure saving me thousands $$$. Finally, I want to commend the vet techs for being amazing at their jobs. Witnessing my cat build an instant connection with Karla was extremely touching and moments like these are a testament to how much the staff here care.

My senior dog was starting to limp. it was so easy to get an appointment. the Vet and vet tech did a great job helping him feel comfortable and explaining options. i was used to Austin vet prices, and while the care was on-par the price was much cheaper. very clean, good people who clearly love the pets they treat.

I love bringing my pets here. My dog has seen a few different vets at this animal hospital and each time they were very helpful and informative, that goes for the vet assistants too. They also let you know the price up front so there’s no surprises.

Dr. Nichols and everyone at the clinic are the most caring people you can find. We are new in town and feel very fortunate to have found a new vet for all of our 5 dogs and our other animals. Prices are reasonable and care is top notch. Can recommend.

I had such a great experience at Georgetown Veterinary Hospital. My German Shepherd, can be very fearful at the vet and has shown aggression in the past, so visits are usually stressful for both of us. Dr. Nichols and Kaiya were absolutely amazing. They clearly understood how to handle dogs like Max and took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable. Their calm, confident approach made all the difference. For the first time, Max was able to successfully get his ears swabbed and complete a heartworm test without things escalating. We had been seeing another vet previously, and it was obvious they didn’t really know how to handle breeds like German Shepherds. The difference here was night and day. Georgetown Veterinary Hospital has officially earned my trust and is now our go-to clinic. I’m so grateful to have found a team that truly understands and cares.

I really like the online appointment feature. It allows me to easily schedule an appointment. I also like the earliest available feature as well. We saw Dr. Nichols this time. She took care of my dogs hot spot issues, and gave him a complete exam. She also quickly responded with the lab results. I really appreciate that quick response.
