I’m very upset my fiancé locked my keys in the car when it’s pouring down rain and I’m having a wage for AAA for two hours and I was told I can’t sit on the bike in my jeans because I can’t sit at the front door because I have a bad back on the bench and I was told no I’m not trying to work out. I’m trying to sit. I’m canceling my membership.

I like this gym. The only negative is that there is no yoga class. They have classes called hi-yo and lo-yo which I tried once thinking it was yoga. Meh. I decided not to remove a star over it because there's a lot that I like better than my old gym (Gold's Alamo Heights). You're not pressured to sign up for personal training every time you make eye contact with a staff member, they provide wet wipes for machines instead of the big annoying spray bottles, never seen treadmills full, temperature is always perfect. Nice staff and cleaning guy, etc. My husband and I signed up with couple discount plan.
They keep it super clean and very respectful
It's my third week here at the Taylor location and I'm really liking it. The gym is clean, there's plenty of equipment empty & available, and the staff friendly. Noah has been especially helpful in teaching me how to use the machines. Highly recommend HT Fitness!
