I found this place randomly on Google because of the great reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered takeout, and when I went to pick it up, the place was pretty quiet, but the owner, Gino, was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and friendly. But the real highlight… the pasta di collina! It was AMAZING. Honestly, some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I’m originally from NY, so I’m very picky about Italian food, and after living in Texas for 7 years, I haven’t found anything that really compares to what I grew up with… until now. This is hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. I will absolutely be back.
