Whittlesey Hardwood Mulch Stinks.i mean it smells really bad. I feel sorry for the people who live nearby. Have the smell in my hands for a whole day after using this product and try to find mulch elsewhere. Also siteone bought them out and we miss the family run business.

The product was what we expected to be. I've had these guys deliver to me five or six times. It's always been great. I went inside today and found myself having to avoid an argument with the young lady behind the desk. Some employees just don't seem to want to be at work some days.
If you need dirt delivery, you're better off going to Home Depot and loading the bags yourself. They have no common sense and are not accommodating in any way.
Randy was great. He called ahead and was very professional while onsite. He even cleaned up a bit after dropping the load.
Absolutely the best customer service around. From taking my order over the phone to ease of online payment to delivery. Easy peasy! Very pleasant folks there. Randy who delivered 6 yards of mulch to my home called me to tell me when we was about to pick up the load, when he picked it up with an ETA, and called again when he arrived. He was very helpful before he dumped the mulch by making sure the area was prepared. He was friendly and professional. A real pleasure!
