Dave is very knowledgeable about crepe Myrtle’s. He explained everything that is going on with my tree. I also felt relief when he told me that despite a couple of mild issues, my tree is healthy! Thank you!

Received an email after services completed explaining what was done and what I should do next. Care was taken that the gates were closed.
I used Emerald for several years with satisfactory results. Approximately 2 years ago one of their technicians applied the wrong chemical to my front yard and destroyed it. Emerald was initially very up front and helpful, even going so far as to re-sod a portion of my front yard. I requested that they take soil sample to analyze before re-sodding, but they didn't... and the sod never took. They continued to work with me over many months providing discounted visits. However, the yard/soil was completely destroyed and has never recovered despite my paying for additional services such as aeration and top dressing. To add insult to injury they continue to send techs weekly to service my yard even though I have spoken to their office by phone, supervisors at my residence, and several techs that the service has been cancelled. I additionally left a message on their customer portal which apparently is never checked.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is terrible. I cancelled my contract with them in fall of 2025. I have called so many times, sat on hold, been transferred around, it’s insane. And everyone I finally speak with assures me that my account has been cancelled and any outstanding balance has been paid. It is almost May of 2026 and I’m still dealing with them.
He was only here about 5 minutes. I guess he did what he was suppose to do.
