I’m beyond pleased with how my yard turned out. It’s small, but mostly shaded so nothing wild grow and turf was my last resort.
I was going to just turf the whole yard but was convinced to add some rock beds and stepping stones to give it more character (and even save money) and it’s perfect.
They came and knocked it all out in a single day and didn’t leave until every last speck of dirt or rock was cleaned off the drive.
Extremely professional and I would highly highly recommended.

David and his crew did an amazing job regrading my yard, installing downspout drains, adding a stone and gravel pathway, and resodding. David walked through my plan with me and made several good recommendations. He was kind enough to pull the start date in to the same week. I even had a last minute sprinkler valve leak that his crew was able to quickly fix at no additional charge. The Works Lawn Service represents excellent customer service and high quality work. I look forward to working with them again!
The Works Lawn Service recently landscaped our backyard. It was barren and now has been turned into an amazing modern and family fun area. We had a mud issue every time it rained and now we have a well manicured lawn with no mud issues. The team put together a design that were the best ideas for our space. After sending us plans to look over, we sent them to our HOA (which made it effortless for us to get permission to change the landscaping). They put in a stone walkway to our backyard studio along with really nice grass for our kids and dogs. They even mulched our existing plant and tree beds. We chose them because they did such a stellar and detailed job cleaning up our front yard including mowing, leaf bagging and edging. It looked so picture perfect when they finished! Not only that, they put in an irrigation system so we do not have to worry about watering. The watering schedule is automated effortlessly by our phones!
We honestly couldn’t be happier with the landscaping work that was done at my home by The Works Landscaping Co. From the moment we first with David, the owner , we felt we were in good hands. They really took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped guide us toward choices that would actually work well in our yard, not just look nice for a week or two.
Watching everything come together was pretty amazing. The shrubs were placed so thoughtfully—it doesn’t feel random at all, and it somehow made the whole space feel more “finished” without being over the top. The sod installation was just as impressive. I was expecting a bit of a mess or uneven patches, but instead it came out smooth, even, and instantly beautiful. It genuinely changed how our yard looks and feels. We received many compliments from our neighbors and visitors.
What I appreciated most was how much they cared about doing things right. They didn’t rush, they paid attention to the little details, and they left everything clean when they were done. It didn’t feel like just another job to them, and that really meant a lot. David was at the site during the work and did a full walkthrough with us to ensure we were pleased with the workmanship.
Now every time I step outside, I actually enjoy being in my yard in a way I didn’t before. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone—especially if you want people who not only do great work but also make the whole process easy and stress-free. Below are photos before and after.

I didn’t really know what I wanted, but an amazing and very knowledgeable Designer came out to help me chose the right things for my home/soil/level of commitment 🤣.
This company is full service to help you if you just want a change/upgrade, but don’t know how.
I reached out a few days ago to ask if they would do a simple yard cleanup for me just to get rid of the leaves in the yard. The actual owner came out and sent me an estimate that was less than I expected for the service I was seeking. He recommended more when he was standing in my yard, and offered to refresh the job they did a year ago with new mulch for only $100 more. He was not pushy at all, and it was a no-brainer for that crazy inexpensive offer.
When I came home and saw the work they did, when originally I just wanted the leaves to be cleaned up, was ridiculous! I agreed to $100 extra to put down a very small layer of mulch to help it loook better. They actually cleaned up weeds, put new mulch down everywhere, including places in the back yard that they didn’t even originally do. They also mowed and edged my yard and cut back the plants they had previously planted for their best care….that was not part of my agreement.
As a regular homeowner that doesn’t know who to use for any service, this is a Huge Win! This is a company I have literally recommended to 2 people in my life recently looking for landscaping.
They have been amazing, and also did concrete and drainage work at my house last year. I had a drainage problem that David knew how to fix and personally supervised.❤️
It’s so much more than lawn care. They are great at more intricate aspects of landscaping from my experience.
