Augusta Lawn Care did a great job with my yard. The edges were clean, the mowing was even, and everything looked neat when he finished. Pricing was fair for the quality of work, and communication was easy throughout. I definitely recommend Augusta if you are looking for reliable lawn service.
Casey took the time to educate me on how grass actually grows and what my specific lawn needs to stay healthy. I really appreciated him explaining things in a way that was easy to understand it made a big difference. It’s rare to find someone who not only does the job well but also truly cares about helping you learn and maintain your yard properly. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Our lawn looks better, and now I actually understand how to keep it that way. I used to use them a few years ago and they were great. When I tried to pick them up again last year on a biweekly schedule they never showed up. Every time I’d call in to complain, they’d say they’re backed up because they don’t have enough workers and that they’ll come another day. They never showed up the day they said. This kept happening every single week to the point that my HOA sent out a notice. So we had no choice but to stop using Augusta. So unreliable!

Unreliable and overpriced, I strongly discourage using Augusta Lawn Care Services. They missed multiple scheduled visits without any communication. After repeated calls asking when they would be coming by, they sent me an estimate while en route to my property without having first assessed what was actually needed. That estimate attempted to bundle charges for skipped visits into a single visit and did not reflect the actual amount of work required. Poor communication and business ethic.
Shout out to the guys working in a neighborhood on Friday who helped us with a dead battery!!! I will definitely be referring Augusta Lawn Care to new homeowners in our community looking for lawn care service.
