Brad was my insurance agent a few years ago, I own a Real Estate company in the same town as his company. We are trying to buy a house in Colorado - and although he is no longer my agent, HE HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TRYING TO HELP US on something that he will get ZERO commission off of. Brad is a GREAT GUY that TRULY cares about people!!!!!!!
Brad wad great initially (2018) but he does not ever respond to calls or emails. His phone goes straight to voice mail, it's very difficult to get him to respond on emails. If you can get him to respond, he is very nice and he got us an outstanding deal on our homeowners policy.
Closed/moved from this location. It's close to where we live, so I was happy there was an ins office close by. I want to update Google and let y'all know here and now -THEY'RE CLOSED!
Brad is a sweet guy but a terrible insurance agent AFTER you have purchased insurance from him. He doesn't call you back on important matters nor does he email you either-as he says he will. You have to call several times to even speak to him. He is either understaffed or lazy. But this is ridiculous.
Mr. Walker was very helpful at the time we were looking for business insurance. He did his part on finding us a great rate and pretty fast too, however after that anything we needed help on has been nearly impossible to achieve. Not being responsive has put us in a bind and we have since found a new insurance agent for our business (Pruett Insurance), I normally don’t write reviews unless I truly feel people should be aware. So Fair warning I’m not even sure he is even still running the business. Would have been nice to have a heads up!
Got a notice from my insurance provider of canceling my insurance. I asked Brad to look into the reason and figure it out. Followed up multiple times but he didn’t respond. Can’t rely on him for something so critical.
