Jacob is very prompt, efficient, fair and easy to work with. The recommendations and guidance that he has given me has been focused on what is more important for the home keeping cost and value into consideration. Highly Recommended.
Jacob is great! He identified the issue with my AC unit and clearly explained every test he used to diagnose the problem and made sure I understood the results. He also showed me where the failure was in the unit itself. It was clear that he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, so I opted to have him replace the parts necessary to fix the issue. He went over all the work he would be doing and answered any questions I had. After securing the parts he needed, which was the same day he diagnosed the issue, he went to work the very next day. Once the job was completed, he went over the tests he performed to insure everything was working properly and to spec. I would highly recommend Virtuous Air Conditioning & Heating!

We were needing to replace our heat pump since it was 20+ years old. We spoke to a couple of installers who spent minimal time looking at our system and then they sent over quotes. They never brought up that fact that our concrete pad was severely leaning and needed repairs or replacement. Nor did they check out the ductwork. It all left me feeling like I was about to spend a lot of money not really knowing what I was getting into. Then Jacob came by. He went over everything. He was very thorough and shared his wealth of knowledge. He also gave us options and set up the appointment with people to replace the concrete pad. It’s true, he really does care about his clients. I’m very thankful to him and the work he provided. I definitely will ask Jacob to do the yearly servicing as I feel like I’m in good hands.

I highly recommend Jacob for any HVAC service. He provided a very detailed diagnostic report on my AC, which not only helped identify and properly repair a refrigerant leak but also allowed me to secure a repair credit from the seller at closing. On top of that, he helped replace my thermostat at no extra charge. Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process.
