Service wizard does our preventative maintenance. Roni and Devan who came out to do this recently did a great job with cleaning the condenser unit, checking the health of the system (all the measurements), and cleaning out the partially clogged drain line. They patiently explained which numbers were good and which were out of range, and potential problems that could occur due to it. They were courteous. They made sure to use the mud mat and wear booties when entering the house. Service wizard had also changed out air handler unit 6 years ago, and we have had them over for other repairs. Thank you!
Thank you Service Wizard. We needed our gas furnace inspected before we could be granted our foster home license...and it was now May! Jeremiah, from Service Wizard Hutto came out and did an excellent job. He rectified an issue that has gone undetected since the unit was installed 10 years ago (by another HVAC company-Not Service Wizard). Quick, efficient, thorough, polite and professional. Because of Jeremiah we elected to sign up for the Rewards Membership Program, and will now be using Service Wizard going forward. Job well done!
Dante did such a great job servicing our furnace today. He was careful and thorough. Not disruptive and went above and beyond to provide extra service. He didn’t try to sell us anything and was so polite and respectful.
