The best breakfast tacos around. The tortilla is so full of delicious ingredients and SO reasonably priced. One taco here is equivalent to 2 tacos anywhere else. The ingredients are so fresh and the homemade tortillas are always perfection. This is a gem, and if you live in Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Leander, or Bertram and haven't made this YOUR go to for tacos and Mexican food, then you are missing out.
I love this little Taco place. All the food is well prepared, high quality, tender meat,, and just all around perfection. Thanks and keep up the great work!!
So I would of given a five on all things but the new young men employee super nice but didn't serve much in taco salad should of complained but I can tell he was new he shouldn't serve food unless next to someone who can help him gauge how it's done last time had one was a better portions this time I felt mostly lettuce hardly no beans he served one tiny scoop and it's just not how the others have done when I ordered to go so I was sad other than that this place rocks
Texas Taco Kitchen in Liberty Hill is delicious, and quite popular on Tuesday evening, apparently. Very busy that night but just confirmed how good it is. I ordered the fajita beef taco salad with the honey chipotle vinaigrette and I’d get it again along with the guac. Lots of items I want to look at getting next time! Friendly employees here too.

This place knows how to make a meal! The whole family actually agrees to eat here. Meat is always delicious and tender. Flavors are amazing. Fun to watch the tortillas being made right in front of you as you order!
We will definitely be coming back! First time customers and was very impressed with the food. The Taco Salad was probably the best I’ve ever had. My husband got the tacos and he said they were very good. The corn tortillas fell apart easily but other than that it was great. Happy to support local too!
We ordered a taco kit to go plus queso, guacamole, and street corn. For tacos we chose fajita beef and green chile pork, with poblano rice and pinto beans. Everything was fantastic! We also got the jalapeño ranch. The pinto beans had a little heat to them and all the flavors of everything were so good! The street corn was the stand out item to me! The best I’ve ever had! We will be back!
The food is delicious here and the customer service is stellar!! From the queso to the chicken to the tres leches...its all amazing. We always feel welcome when we stop by. Thank you for having an amazing local spot for us to go to!
