Food was ok, prices were very high for the serving size. Sauce was not to my liking. I would say there is room for improvement for those prices.
Best brisket, make sure to try the ribs. The food is amazing and the people are awesome. They are super helpful and always have a smile.
I’ve really enjoyed this place. Their burnt ends and brisket are some of the best I’ve had. They also have great sausage, chicken, and turkey, and the sides are solid too. I believe it was the owner who served me my first time there, and he was very kind and helpful when it came to what to order. He suggested I try the burnt ends, and they were delicious. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
We have driven by Agape BBQ for years without taking the time to stop. This weekend I took our girls to taste test our Texas BBQ mouth-watering pallets. Agape BBQ did not disappoint. We tried the brisket, original sausage, jalapeño sausage along with all their sides (potato salad, creamy cucumbers, coleslaw, pinto beans and mac & cheese). The brisket was spot on with the perfect seasoning throughout the “moist” and “dry” sections. Both sausages were on the money as well. Our favorite side was definitely the potato salad with great consistency throughout. We ended up liking it so much we ordered 3 lbs of meat and all their sides to go for a Saturday evening meal with family in San Antonio.
The moist brisket, ribs, sausage, corn casserole and mac and cheese were delicious! They know how to make BBQ!! They also know how to do the holidays for their smoked turkeys for Xmas which my brother always brings to dinner for us so this was my first time to eat in the restaurant! I love their catered food and now

Amazing BBQ, beautiful location near downtown Liberty Hill. Service is great and the owner builds a sense of community. Must have for me.
You have to try moist brisket. I get it weekly. Salt Lick and the Lockhart BBQ joints have nothing on Agape's brisket. The turkey is juicy and the dill chicken is divine. The employees are nice. They have live music on the weekends, Spring through Fall. The outdoor space is a great hang for the family.
Wow! Anything I can say is not enough. That was some of the best barbecue I have had! Put this place on your list of unconditionally need to try!
