I used to love Dahlia until recently, they've been missing items from my takeout orders. Sometimes they forget the pecan pie, other times the bread. I've always overlooked it. But today I can't accept it. I ordered two pecan pies, one shrimp and grits, and one burger. I asked them to keep them separate because I wasn't going to eat them. When I checked my order at home, I realized they were missing one pecan pie, and the shrimp and grits was missing the grit. It's very disappointing, and I've tried to be understanding many times before.
We gave been several times and the food and service is consistently good. Breakfast/brunch and lunch/dinner items all great. Crispy bacon, cooked just right, salads and fried comfort foods all great.
Food was excellent! Our server was very attentive. Long wait to get a table (even though there were several open tables) and took a long time to get the bill.
Ordered a burger and a Philly cheese steak. The fried onions on the burger were stale. The chips with the Philly were so stale that were inedible. The burger was good. The Philly was good. Service was outstanding and the band playing was great.
Big heck ya on this place. Great spot after a hunt in the winter or playground in the spring. Very kid friendly. Good food, good prices, full bar. Had a great band playing there this past weekend. Dahlias cafe is a happy place for the whole family!
Dahlia Cafe- delicious! Each time I go, I get different food and I’m always impressed. The chicken and biscuit was my favorite! Big patio seating and a great place. It is very busy after church on Sunday, so be prepared to wait.
Food was great, especially the Queso Philly. Carly was outstanding.
