Had estimate for replacement,very pushy to commit to their services, even though I made it clear I would get multiple estimates. Which I did thankfully,had a top of the line roof with a 50 year warranty for less than half of their outrageous estimate, please shop around, even after telling them that they were way too expensive, owner had the nerve to tell me to sell some of my assets to pay for their services.
Had a great experience with Taylor and the team. They came out for a free roof inspection, were honest about not finding any major issues, and pointed out a few exposed nails that they sealed up on the spot. Really appreciate the transparency and help—would definitely recommend!
Can't say enough nice things about this company. My house has been a struggle dealing with insurance denying me left and right giving me the run around even though it is right in front of their face. R&R did not back down and took it to them. After a long battle R&R was finally able to not only get the insurance to pay for the whole thing but also pay any fees associated with it! Thank you guys again and for not giving up on my family!!!
Benjamin and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof with hail-proof shingles that protect up to 130 mph winds. Professional and prompt! Excellent clean-up! Highly recommend!
