Tyler and Michael came to check my roof due to me finding a shingle in the side of my yard. They were here on time, checked the roof and I was informed that my roof was in great conditions. I appreciate New Ruf quick follow up after filling their online form, they put me on their schedule very quickly and was open to come check my roof after I got out work. Will be using them for future roof work. Will be waiting on their Gutter quote.
New Ruf did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were very responsive and quick to get the work done. Tyler Capel was extremely professional and handled the inspection and roof issues promptly and with great attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which was both reassuring and informative. Highly recommend New Ruf, and a special thanks to Tyler for his excellent service and knowledge.

James Henderson knocked on our door today asking if we were interested in a new roof. He was extremely informative and professional. He left us information for when we are ready and when that time comes we will definitely use this company!
I am very pleased with New Ruf. I had an after hours leak and New Ruf was the only company that picked up the phone when I called. As soon as the storms stopped, Saul arrived to get the process going and stop the leak. He gave me a few options on repairs, helped with insurance, and stayed on top of the completion. The crew that replaced the roof worked nonstop in the heat and cleaned up really well. All of the trades that came, were on time and did a great job.
MJ, Vidal, and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job on our repair. They did interior repairs due to water damage and it may as well have not happened. The texture on the drywall is perfect.
Really thorough and great price
I used New Rüf for an insurance claim regarding an upstairs bathroom leak - this company does more than just roofing! MJ, my Project Supervisor, was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, patient and kind. She was with me every step of the way, and it was quite the journey! I don't know what I would've done without her! I was even able to reach her after hours for questions and concerns. Amazing service! I am pleased with the end result of the repairs and rebuild.
I had the pleasure of working with Tyler for my roof repairs. He did a great job of keeping in touch with me and getting everything set up. If you do work with anyone from new rüf I recommend going with Tyler.
