Brian Esquivel offered free roof inspection after explaining why it was a good idea to proactively have the inspection and identify any potential problems before costly damage. Brian is professional and friendly, quickly able to schedule and complete inspection. It’s an easy, no pressure process. While doing the inspection on my roof, Brian noticed damage on neighbors roof that they were not aware of and left contact info at their door. I texted them and they came out right away to see issues and were grateful Brian noticed it. They are working with Ark to get repairs prior to next storms.

Professional, Proactive, and Stress-Free! After some heavy winds and rain damaged our high eaves flashing, I reached out to several contractors. Paul McClendon from Ark Roofer was the first to respond and the first on-site to assess the damage. Before we even had a formal repair plan in place, they went above and beyond by installing temporary restraints to prevent further damage. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. Paul, Aimee & the production team coordinated directly with our HOA team to verify materials and ensure every replacement part was fully compliant. They also offered a maintenance plan that proactively addressed several other minor issues we weren’t even aware of. Their communication is excellent, their pricing is fair and honest, and they were incredibly flexible in adjusting the plan to meet our specific expectations. I had a great experience with Jeff and the Ark team over 1-2 years of work. They helped me understand the insurance claim on our hail damaged roof and walked me step by step through the process in a clear and helpful way. They got the work done efficiently and on budget. And then later on, when we needed to do some small additional work on the roof after selling the house, they came out and did the work for free. Jeff is great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roof work.

Jeff Whitt led me through the complicated insurance process of inspection and approval of a new roof. Excellent service from start to finish. Our rep Brian followed through with details and photos of the needed repairs to the final project. His team member Jake also made sure I was happy with an alternate color and close match for the roof shingles that were no longer available.
