Mark with Right Way Roofing Pros was there with me through everything. This was my first roof replacement and he handled everything professionally as I could have expected. All my questions were answered and I was never left wondering if everything was going to go as planned. On the day of installation he was there at my house from start to finish. The crew was professional also, using only quality materials and finished in a timely manner. The clean up was perfect, nothing left in the grass or elsewhere.. I had a great experience with Right Way Roofing for my roof replacement. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Mark and Mustafa were fantastic to work with — communicative, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The crew showed up on time, worked hard even through a brief rain shower, and left the property clean when the job was finished. I had a representative from my son's roofing company come out to inspect my roof. The Rep was very professional and courteous. He provided me with an honest evaluation stating our roof was in good shape and there was no need for any repairs or replacement at this time. The Representative arrived on schedule and was very knowledgeable and explained every detail to me. I thought they deserved a 5 star rating.

Hello everyone, I’m writing this review about Mr Mark Murphy and his roofing company RWR roofing company, my roof sustained some hail damage about 3 years ago, at that time Mr Murphy was at another roofing company, that company installed the new roof , up until Saturday February 14 the roof was fine, but on Saturday Killeen had some rain, that’s when I found out that the roof was leaking, I called Mr Murphy, to tell him about the leak, and he told me that he was no longer at that company, my heart was broken, I had already spoken with someone at the company who installed the roof, and they were going to come out on Monday, and the representative from Mr Murphy’s old company told me that it was going to cost me 400 dollars,to fix it . after speaking with Mr Murphy he told me that because the roof is only 3 years old, it may be something simple, such as a nail popping out or something, not a 400 dollar repair, but because Mr Murphy is dedicated to his customers and is such a decent kind man, he agreed to come out to take a look at the roof, come to find out, there was a bullet hole in my roof, Mr Murphy came out, sealed the shingle with some roofing caulk and saved me 400 dollars , all within 5 to 10 minutes, Mr Murphy was very kind and professional , that’s why I recommend RWR roofing company for all of your roofing needs, trust me, you won’t regret it, sincerely Lois Lee a satisfied customer

Dedication and Care, Treated like Family, Extremely Knowledgeable and Informative, Onsite and Ensuring Quality Work. These are the phrases that describe Right Way Roofing Pros!! Our house and roof was severely damaged from a freak hailstorm that rolled thru Portland Tx in early November of 2025. As a homeowner who had never delt with roof damage, I had no idea how to start the process of getting it repaired, what products I should use, or what quality work looked like. I watched roofers come and go out of my neighborhood and heard nightmare stories of people being left with subpar results, little communication and more questions than answers. I reached out to neighbors who had received quality work and acquaintances in the industry the looking recommendations and was put in contact with Right Way Roofing Pros. Their team was VERY patient and took the time to educate me on the range of product options and instillation process of having a new roof installed. Mark was prompt, polite and walked me thru all the options of roofing aesthetics, functionality, and cost benefit for all of the above. He was onsite for the entire installation making sure everything went perfectly and was very easy to communicate with. I don't think the instillation process could have gone any smoother or I could have been more pleased with the final product. My house looks 10x better than it did and all of my neighbors are all asking about the "high profile ridge caps" on my new roof. 10 of 10 would recommend!
