What began as a rough start at the counter quickly turned into an exceptional experience. Manager Robin is the reason why—she noticed I was having a small issue and immediately stepped in. I was really impressed by her professionalism and how she instantly made me feel like a valued customer. The quality extended to the garage, where the technicians were also amazing and did a great job. The touchless tire machine and road force balancer is super nice. Thanks to Robin and the team, I'm a customer for life!

On a family road trip to south Texas , picked up a nail or something that required the spare. As we’re coming down 35 we see an amazing facility on or left “SOUTHERN TIRE MART! “Called and asked if the did repairs, they said yes, bring it in. James met us out front and had already communicated with Peter. Peter removed the tires at nascar speeds and got us back on the road. Super clean facility, very friendly & welcoming. Turns out they are dog friendly.. Highly Recommended

Had a tire going flat on a road trip, stopped here to get a patch. Found a nail in the tire which wouldn't be a big deal but I didn't have the wheel locks for my rims. These guys lifted the car and took the tire off the wheel without taking off the wheel completely off. Patched the tire and put it back on. Saved my ass. They were helpful and professional the whole way thru.
