Great experience, prompt responses, quality work. Dealing with insurance was a pain, but they made experience as pleasant as possible. Will be sending family and friends here knowing they will be taken care of!
Our car was taken to Georgetown Collison after an accident to get repairs done. Unfortunately, our car had to be totaled due to the damages. Georgetown helped us with the insurance process for a smooth total loss settlement. I really appreciate Cahrynn’s help who was our contact in Georgetown Collison.

This was our first experience with Georgetown Collision, and it was a positive one. The service and communication was first rate, as Cahrynn and Caston kept us informed of the status and progress of the repairs regularly. Our insurance company made it challenging to say the least, however Georgetown Collision was persistent in getting and ensuring we received all the necessary parts covered and installed. Georgetown Collision is the best!!! The ladies in the office are so sweet and helpfull! They answered all millions of my questions. The communication throughout the process was amazing! I didnt have to wait and wonder. I was updated through out the entire process. Smooth and easy! I appreciate all the help and support! You deff are my new go to place! Really ive dealt with tough repair places in the past so I was really dreading this, but you all made it great! I cant say it enough!!! Thank you again for the great service and all the help!!!!
We had a great experience with Georgetown Collision. They were very clear and upfront about the expectations of the service and how they would be working with our insurance company for the best possible outcome for us. Any hiccups that we experienced were on the side of our insurance company. As soon as approvals were received, the started work right away and were quick and the quality of work is outstanding. They were patient with us as we asked for updates along the way, responding in very timely manners to our emails. I would use them again, and highly recommend for your auto repair needs!

This shop was a pleasure to work with, they communicated every step of the way. They fought my insurance company for what was right and didnt back down. My vehicle had frame damage and they stood firm with the insurance to do what was right and safe.
