Great service. Communication excellent. Will use Sun auto as my go to car repair shop
The general manager at the Georgetown location is the biggest drawback they have. One of the employees admitted that he over-promises and under-delivers to customers. He told me he might be able to get my car done the same day I took it in but it actually took them 3 days to complete the work—with NO communication or updates or apologies from him about the delays. I normally go to Honeas on Williams Drive as they provide much more accurate time estimates and communicate frequently if issues arise. It was a big mistake to use Sun but it won’t happen again unless the GM is gone.
This place has been great to me. They have always no matter who is helping me at the counter they have always explained things so that I understand what's going on with my car . This is a rare quality with repair shops. This place is where I go and they are fair in the pricing too. THANK ALL OF YOU THERE AT SUN AUTO
