Sosa Services was scheduled to arrive between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm to do annual service on my water heater. I received a text from Sosa Services to let me know that the technician, Jason, was enroute . Jason arrived on time with his helper and ready to work. After he completed the cleaning/servicing Jason gave me a complete explanation of what he did and showed me pictures. He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous. Thank you Sosa Services for taking care of me. I give you guys 5 stars.

Jason and James made a new customer today. I was stressing about installing a new toilet. I wish I would have called sooner. Scheduling was easy. They showed up an hour early which was great. The plumber answered all my questions, provided a quote using their automated system, and completed the work in the same day. Paid via check to avoid the 3% fee. They offer first responders and military discount.

UPDATE: This is now the third time I’ve used Sosa for a major problem. The sewer line was leaking under the house and the entire cast iron pipe was disintegrating. Jason‘s team of excavators came in and did a beautiful job not only digging a complete tunnel under the house, but they cleaned up so well after themselves you can hardly tell that anyone was there except for a few missing shrubs Jason‘s work, as usual, was very quick and thorough and he kept me informed throughout the entire process, including live video of the decaying sewer line. I feel very confident that the work was done correctly. See photos below. This is the second time I've used Sosa. I had a Honey Do list of plumbing - a new faucet in the kitchen, new faucet cartridges in both bathroom sink and shower, and an outside hose bib extension. Jason and Levi's work, as the first time, was very professional; they completed the work quickly and didn't leave any mess at all. I feel very confident that I will use them again if necessary. To those who thought the cost was high, remember this: you're paying for the expertise of an outstanding plumber, NOT a handyman.

Jason was so incredibly helpful! Took time to explain everything and provided truly exceptional service. He was prompt and did a fantastic job in communicating with us. We had several plumbing issues, one of which required some extra due diligence. We needed a water softener and some valves replaced on a house we had just purchased. Highly recommend the company and of course Jason.

I appreciated the text updates about the plumbers arrival. The tracking feature was also very convenient. Jason and his assistant went the extra mile by making sure they were able to dig the trench to access the sewage line even when the digging team was unavailable. Offering a first responder discount made the cost of the project significantly less than other bids I received and I'm truly thankful it worked out that way. Purchasing an older home is always a risk, but I'm glad to know I have Sosa plumbing to turn to in the future if needed.

Jason and James were prompt and arrived before the scheduled appointment. I called Sosa because Jason advised me on another project while I was at Reese’s Plumbing Supply. I promised him I would call him for the next plumbing job outside of my capabilities. I had a leaky shower valve behind the wall. Jason and James were professional and did a fantastic job and completely cleaned up after the job. I will certainly call Sosa and ask for Jason and James for my next plumbing job.
