Jim C was thorough with the work he did for us. They had same day appointments and were to my house in about an hour from when I called, which was very convenient. Recommend them for any plumbing or natural gas work you may need.

I needed to get some outdoor faucets replaced but decided to check around because the plumbing company I usually use seemed overpriced. Roger’s plumbing had good reviews so I decided to try them. I could not have been happier with the results and the price! Orlando did a fantastic job! He explained everything, completed the job quickly, and the price was much lower than my old company. I will definitely continue to use Roger’s and will be requesting Orlando for future plumbing needs!

After 2 days and $3,500, I had to get a better plumber. They fixed the problem is about 2 hours and less than 25% of the cost. I asked owner for at least 25% of charge back and he gave me less that 10% refund.

Edit: Roger's Plumbing Georgetown reached out me and made it right very quickly. Thanks guys. Original: When you call, you are only able to talk to a robot. And the second you tell the robot you’re not the homeowner of the project (I’m the GC), they automatically hang up on you. Very disappointing.

Jim is a great plumber! He’s knowledgeable, efficient and clean (right down to the shoe booties ). He removed the toilet, cleaned the drain line with a power snake and verified the problem with a fiber optic camera. Left the place spotless. Can’t ask for better service.

Marcus and Shane were amazing! I had tried to install my water softener myself and failed miserably. The guys were able to come out same day and save me. They were polite and communicative during the entire process. And did a fantastic job with the installation. I would highly recommend Roger’s Plumbing and Marcus and Shane to anyone that needs professional and efficient plumbing work!

Easy to schedule and Jackson showed up very promptly. Identified our problem and fixed the issue, really improving our water pressure. Fairly priced, I believe. Will use again if needed.
