Miguel from Reliant Plumbing exceeded expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and the solution in a way that actually made sense. His workmanship was top-notch, and he approached everything with professionalism and care. You can tell he genuinely wants to do the job right, not just get it done. If you’re using Reliant Plumbing, ask for Miguel, you’ll be in good hands.
Alex came out and was AWESOME. He did not charge me the after hours Fees as he had to come out on a sunday. He was able to run a quick diagnostic to see if I had a leak or not. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend if you're needing any plumbing needs to give reliant a call.
We called around 8 PM after experiencing a devastating shop fire- the area that was plumbed for a bathroom was melted and leaking. We had the sheriff and crew on site and were told we were clear to have the pipe capped. Spoke to someone at Reliant said yes we have someone in Killeen on a job let me speak to them and get them out to you. He just stopped answering his phone after that- all night and this morning. Added a huge amount of stress and we would have moved on to a different company sooner. Dont offer services you cant or wont provide.
Paid 6k down on a water heater. Service came and installed the water. Charged me the full amount of 12k. Called once we realized we’ve overpaid. Since then this company has given every excuse and reason not to give us the refund even though we have in writing the bid invoice and cc statements to show the mismatch along with an email from Reliant showing the amount we are due. To this day we have no refund and are still waiting on our refund. “A manager will call back” is their favorite line to get you off the phone and the managers don’t call. Edit: they gave us a refund even for the stuff they sold us claiming it was a city requirement even though it wasn’t. The review will remain one star because we had to call for nearly 60 days, threaten to file a complaint against their license, and threaten to file a lawsuit for a manager to actually call back and provide a refund.
Scamming people when you owe. Making a family pay double deposit and promises a refund then doesn’t come through with refund in this economy is bad bad bad business. Refund the people!!
Roman with Reliant did a great job replacing a leaking toilet supple valve for me today. He made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated the proper functioning of the toilet with no leaks. Very nice and professional.
They charged $350 for something that I later found several other plumbers in the area do for free. That is all the money this company will ever get from me.

Dylan is an excellent plumber, but much more than that as well. He’s prompt to respond when needed, and he shows up on time, always bearing a friendly demeanor. His fees are quite reasonable. My single source from now on!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I want to give 0 stars but it makes me give 1 minimum I paid a very high fee for an emergency repair. The quality of the work was good, but after taking my credit card #, they asked my husband for payment and he gave them a check. Then they proceeded to also charge my credit card twice TRIPLE charging us. They notified me of the error, and said they would reverse the credit card charges but did not. After over a DOZEN phone calls that were not returned, I finally gave up and contacted my credit card company who was able to reverse the charges. I have never had anything like this happen in my decades of home ownership and I cannot emphasize enough NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
